Ensure that the guests have the best possible experience by troubleshooting and resolving all billing-related disputes. Represents the finance department on the daily department heads meeting with the general manager. Manage all phases of Accounts Payable, Receivable, and department budget. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads through cold calling and convert potential prospects into business opportunities for our IT products and services. Key Responsibilities: Perform outbound cold calls to potential customers in target markets. Introduce the company’s IT solutions and services to prospects and set up appointments for senior sales staff. Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
